When our state legislature gets together at the start of every year, they must, by law, set school funding for the next fiscal year within 30 days.

According to a Facebook post from Representative Art Staed, tomorrow marks one year since our state legislature failed to do so for FY 2017 and will also be the deadline for setting FY 2018 funding.

Tomorrow marks the one year point that the legislature has violated the law by not setting schooling funding for FY2017….
